well, on the 4x4's, the fluid getting into the lines is cuased by a fualty vaccuum switch on the t-case. its a common problem and is a TSB addressed by GM. to fix, the dealerships install a new vaccuum switch (can buy them at the parts store) and they also replace all the vacuum lines in the truck including the ones behind the HVAC panel, and in some cases they will replace the HVAC unit.j
